Radnor – The funeral mass at the jam-packed Villanova University main chapel was an emotional one, as a standing-room-only crowd of more than 700 people paid tribute to former Radnor lacrosse coach George Corrigan Feb. 28.

Corrigan, who earned All-American honors while playing lacrosse for the University of Maryland in the 1950s, and was an assistant lacrosse coach at Radnor High School since 1999, touched many people’s lives – on and off the lacrosse field.
